Processing and delivery time
Orders placed on dragon-ball-shop.com are delivered within an estimated period of 7 to 14 working days from the confirmation of the order. This period includes the preparation and delivery of the order.
The deadlines indicated are estimates. They can be extended in case of high activity, exceptional event, customs control, stormstorms, strike or any circumstance beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Areas, modes and delivery costs
The destinations, available delivery methods and applicable fees are displayed at the time of payment, before the final validation of the order. The customer can choose from the options offered for his address.
For delivery outside the customs area of dispatch, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may be claimed by the authorities or the carrier. If they apply, they remain the responsibility of the consignee.
Order tracking
When follow-up is available, a link or tracking number is sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of the order. A delay may be required before the follow-up information appears at the carrier.
Delivery address

The cost of a new shipment made necessary by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be charged to the customer, unless otherwise provided by law.
Packages indicated as delivered, lost or damaged
If the tracking indicates that the package is delivered but you have not received it, check your mailbox, pick-up point, neighbourhood and contact the carrier. If the problem persists, write to us at support@dragon-ball-shop.com.
In case of lost or damaged parcels, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any useful items. Your legal rights with regard to Dragon Ball Boutique remain fully applicable.
