Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on their respective pages. Photographs and illustrations are provided to help the customer choose; slight differences in display may exist without changing the essential characteristics of the product.

Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks.

Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included where applicable. Delivery fees and any other charges are indicated before the final validation of the order. Dragon Ball Shop may change its prices at any time, but the invoiced price remains the one displayed at the time of the order.

Command

The customer selects the products, checks his basket, provides the necessary information, chooses the options offered and then confirms the order with payment obligation. It is up to him to check the accuracy of the information before validation.

The automatic receipt of the order confirms its registration. Boutique Dragon Ball may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, in particular in case of unavailability, suspicion of fraud, manifest error of price or prior dispute, subject to the refund of the sums received.

Payment:

Payment is payable when ordering using the options displayed on the site. Transactions can be processed by secure payment providers. The order can be suspended or cancelled if payment is refused or cannot be verified.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the proposed destinations at the time of payment. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. The available delivery costs and methods are indicated before the final validation.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer when he or she physically takes possession of the property, or when a third party designated by him or her, other than the carrier proposed by Boutique Dragon Ball, takes possession of the property. In the event of delay, loss or damage, the rights provided for in the Consumer Code remain applicable.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the property to notify his decision to withdraw, without justification. He must then return the product no later than 14 days after this notification. The direct return costs are borne by the customer.

The terms, conditions, exceptions, terms and conditions of refund and the standard form are set out in the Shop's Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Legal guarantees

The products benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of a non-compliant product or with a defect, contact support@dragon-ball-shop.comThe exercise of these guarantees is free of charge under the conditions laid down by law and is not limited by any commercial guarantee.

Liability

Boutique Dragon Ball is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations under the conditions laid down by law. However, its liability cannot be incurred when the failure to perform results from the customer, from the unpredictable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or from a case of force majeure. No clause deprives the consumer of his or her mandatory rights.

Personal data

The data required for the order is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

Evidence and archiving

Electronic records kept under reasonable security conditions may be used as evidence of orders, payments and exchanges. The customer is requested to keep the order confirmation and these terms and conditions.

These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer retains the benefit of the mandatory rules of protection and jurisdiction provided by the law of his place of residence when they are applicable.
